I am truly passionate
about helping others find the path to better health, wellness, and spirituality
through yoga. I have been practicing
yoga for 19 years and have been teaching for 10. I have found my personal spiritually through the
practice of yoga and the Yama’s. Understanding
how to be one with the body, mind, and spirit is gratifying.
