I am truly passionate about helping others find the path to better health, wellness, and spirituality through yoga.  I have been practicing yoga for 19 years and have been teaching for 10.  I have found my personal spiritually through the practice of yoga and the Yama’s.  Understanding how to be one with the body, mind, and spirit is gratifying.

Though my blog I hope to inspire you to try yoga and assist you in your search for inner peace.  I hope my helpful tips, personal experiences, and lifestyle advice help you understand that a healthy lifestyle can be found at any age.

Reduce the stress and anxiety and just breathe; work towards personal peace and serenity through yoga.
